Week 14- Perfectionism (B)
Don’t Be Perfect—Just Try Your Best
Week 14 – May 1st
Do you try to be perfect? Many people do. But trying to be perfect can make us feel tired or sad. We all make mistakes. That is how we learn.
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to try your best. When you try, you make progress. Progress means you are getting better. If you make a mistake, it’s okay! You can learn from it.
Be kind to yourself. Say, “I’m doing my best.” Take breaks. Ask for help. And remember—every step forward is good!
