Week 14- Perfectionism (I-A)

Let Go of Perfect: Trying Your Best Is Enough

Week 14 – May 1st

Sometimes we want to be perfect. We don’t want to make mistakes. But nobody is perfect—and that’s okay! When we try too hard to be perfect, we can feel tired, stressed, or scared to try new things.

Doing your best is more important than being perfect. When you make a mistake, you learn and grow. Being kind to yourself helps you feel better and stronger. You don’t have to be perfect—you just have to keep going!

Try new things, ask for help, and don’t be afraid to fail. That’s how we grow!
